We currently only ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada & the United Kingdom, but don't worry, we are looking to expand in the future!

Yes! Please send us an email to Chelsealoudesignz@gmail.com (Chelsealoudesignz@gmail.com)with your name & order number and we will gift wrap your order as long as it hasn't already been dispatched!

We currently don't have a ChelseaLouDesignz store however we sell on sundays at the Evandale Market (Tasmania) or you can find us stocked in retailers around Launceston (Tasmania). If you would like to stock ChelseaLouDesignz in your store, please send us an email at Chelsealoudesignz@gmail.com (Chelsealoudesignz@gmail.com)and we will be in touch!

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at Chelsealoudesignz@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will assist you with a replacement, store credit or refund.

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and POS payments.

We don't accept returns for hygiene reasons. Please contact us at Chelsealoudesignz@gmail.com for more information.

Some products come with specific care instructions. Generally, keep them in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight to maintain their quality.
