Here’s everything you need to know about shipping with us:

Processing Time:
We lovingly pack and ship your orders within 2–3 business days. During busy periods (like holidays), it might take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly!

Shipping & Delivery:
We’re based in beautiful Tasmania and ship Australia-wide.
Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
(Delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on Australia Post.)

Tracking Your Order:
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been sent. Keep an eye on it so you can get excited when it’s close!

Other Shipping Info:

  • Please double-check your shipping address when you order — we can’t take responsibility for orders sent to the wrong address.

  • We’re not liable for any delays once your parcel is with the courier, but we’re always here to help if something goes wrong!

Return & Exchange Policy

Hey there! Thanks so much for shopping with us — we hope you love your order!
Because we sell gifts, jewellery, body care and other goodies, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

But! If something isn’t quite right — like if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not how it should be — we’ll absolutely make it right. 💛

Here's what to do:

  • Send us an email at Contact@Chelsealoudesignz.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your proof of purchase (like your receipt or order confirmation) and a photo or video showing the issue.

Once we’ve received your details and confirmed the problem, we’ll send you store credit to use anytime you like!

A few things to remember:

  • We can only offer store credit (no refunds, sorry!).

  • Store credit can’t be swapped for cash.

  • We don’t cover return shipping unless we’ve discussed it with you first.
